Accountacy

This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant role located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, managing budgets, and conducting financial analysis. Will supervise a team of Data entry clerks and assistant accountants. Role is open to Expats and Domestic applicants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Tally Prime
• Proficiency with Excel and Macros is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or ACCA certification is a plus
• Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Financial Analysis skills
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Possessing Managerial qualities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
